Responsibilities
Develop strategies for the Spanish-speaking market; use your expertise to guide our marketing team to become the "go-to" agent for our Spanish-speaking community while building a team of vendors to do the same.
Execute real estate lead generation systems weekly.
Sign buyers and sellers.
Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers.
Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week, convert and set appointments.
Conduct a minimum of 4 open houses monthly.
Graduate from PLACE Experienced Agent Launch.
Participate in team business development activities per team standards.
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and partner calls.

NEW MEXICO REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED TO JOIN TEAM (not required to apply).
Spanish as a primary language – must be able to explain complex real estate and mortgage concepts in Spanish.
Ambitious with proven ability to succeed.
Positive and people oriented.
High integrity.
Punctual and able to keep a schedule.
Will show up to the office.
Work full-time, 40 hours+.
Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car.
Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes.
Coachable and hungry to learn.
High school graduate.
