Your Role:
Porter (Service Advisor Trainee) As a Porter, you'll play an essential role in our dealership operations while learning the basics of service workflow, customer service, and vehicle maintenance. This hands‑on position is the perfect starting point for a career in automotive service.
Responsibilities:
Assist with vehicle intake and movement for service appointments
Clean and detail vehicle exteriors and interiors
Replenish fluids and perform simple tasks like battery replacements
Organize and maintain the lot and service area
Create and manage key tags and vehicle tracking
Shadow and assist Service Advisors to learn customer service processes
Deliver and pick up vehicles as needed
Support the service team with various tasks
What We’re Looking For:
A strong desire to grow into a Service Advisor role
Positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills
Willingness to learn and follow direction
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Dependable transportation and punctuality
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends
Passion for delivering excellent customer service
