Part‑Time Pastor – Schoolcraft MI
First Presbyterian Church of Schoolcraft is seeking a permanent part‑time pastor.
Responsibilities
Deliver Sunday sermons
Provide pastoral care
Participate in church functions and activities
Lead Adult Bible Study
Perform some administrative duties
Work with lay leaders
We are a small church family inclusive of all generations (4 years to 90+). We are friendly, joyful, compassionate, open to new ideas, have an active lay leadership, engage in mission activities, are supportive of each other and welcoming to all newcomers. Our worship services are traditional in style while sometimes including modern aspects. Adjacent to the church are the manse and Westminster Hall.
The village of Schoolcraft has an excellent school system, is close to colleges, a university, cultural events, restaurants, hospitals, walking trails, farmland, and lakes.
