Position Summary The Digital & IT Analyst will support the Chomerics Division U.S. sites from an IT standpoint by supporting all IT Infrastructure and IT Projects. As an IT business partner, you'll specialize in business analytics and business processes, utilizing critical knowledge and strong project management skills to solve problems, identify opportunities and drive improvement initiatives. This role will be based out of Woburn and will have up to 25% travel to our 2 U.S. facilities in Hudson, NH, and Fairport, NY.

Responsibilities

Managing incidents and requests in coordination with global IT service desk, utilizing ITIL foundational principles.

Responsible for direct interaction with internal customers, including, but not limited to, investigating comprehensive business requirements and use cases and recommending appropriate solutions.

This role requires you to drive results and proactively identify and resolve problems.

Create and communicate decisions impacting the wider business, effectively managing customer expectations.

Provide monthly management reporting on the status of all projects.

Stays abreast of new Digital and IT technological innovation/processes and researches the usage at Parker.

Prepare budgets for various IT capital and expense initiatives.

Manage endpoint lifecycle of on-site assets.

Manage maintenance contracts and providers of outsourced services, deploy equipment, and recommend, plan, and oversee periodic equipment refresh.

Develops training materials to support process changes and new technology introductions.

Evaluate unplanned requests and determine appropriate priority and action.

Coordinates with company leadership to determine new technologies and enhancements for the company's systems.

Follow established safety and environmental policies, procedures, and methods applicable to the work area.

Provide after-hour technical support as needed.

Overnight travel to remote locations to assist in the implementation of technical solutions as needed.

Perform other duties as necessary.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.

Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Must be self-motivated and a self-starter.

2+ years of experience in an information technology role or related discipline required

2+ years of experience in a support or service role, actively interacting with customers on a regular basis required

2+ years of experience with maintenance and repair of computer hardware required

1+ year of project management experience required

Microsoft Active Directory applications experience required

Business software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite experience required

IT Service Management ticketing tool such as ServiceNow, preferred

Manufacturing environment, preferred

ITIL Foundation, strongly preferred

Microsoft Certified Professional, preferred

Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, preferred

CompTIA A+, preferred

Skills

Strong customer service orientation

Proficiency in English language, including speaking, reading, and writing

Ability to apply innovative thinking toward problem resolution

Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Excellent communication and relationship building skills through all levels of the organization a must

Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule Competitive Compensation

Pay Range: $83250 to $138550 annually
