Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in the Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. The Sales Manager will lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets, ensure exceptional customer service, analyze sales data to identify opportunities, and develop strategies to grow revenue. Responsibilities also include training and mentoring staff, implementing sales processes, and maintaining relationships with clients to foster long-term business relationships.
Qualifications
Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide sales teams to achieve goals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive customer and team relationships
Sales and negotiation expertise, with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
Analytical and strategic planning skills for evaluating sales data and creating effective sales plans
Proficiency with sales software and CRM systems
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced retail automotive environment
Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends, with experience in dealership sales being a bonus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
