Lead Generator (Path to Home Comfort Advisor)

Pay:

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus commission ($15-$25 per qualified appointment)

As demand for home standby generators continues to grow, we are looking for an outgoing Lead Generator to help connect homeowners with our expert team.

This is a high-energy, face-to-face role where you will represent our company at local events and partner locations, helping homeowners learn about the benefits of standby generators and scheduling free in-home consultations. Top performers in this role have the opportunity to grow into a full-time Home Comfort Advisor (Estimator) position.

Key Responsibilities

Engage homeowners at local events, retail partner locations, and community festivals

Educate potential customers about standby generators and the benefits of backup power

Identify qualified homeowners and schedule free in-home consultations for our senior estimators

Represent the Washington Generators brand with professionalism and a friendly, helpful attitude

Capture customer information accurately using a tablet or CRM system for follow-up

Communicate effectively with both customers and internal team members

What You Bring to the Team

Outgoing, friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills

Comfortable starting conversations and engaging with new people in public settings

Strong communication and customer service abilities

Tech-savvy and comfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and basic software tools

Organized and detail-oriented when capturing customer information

Ability to stand and engage with customers for 4-6 hour shifts

Reliable transportation for travel within King, Pierce, Kitsap, and Snohomish counties

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Preferred But Not Required

Previous experience in sales, canvassing, hospitality, or customer-facing roles

Familiarity with financing services or home improvement industries
