Full Time Regular Sales Workers Dallas, TX, US
Salary Range: $82,250.00 To $132,500.00 Annually
Salary Range encompasses base + commission
The specific pay rate and level will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications, prior experience and location.
“A Day in the Life” As the Sales representative you will be responsible for developing strategies and tactics for identifying, pursuing and closing opportunities for renting and selling modular buildings across a variety of industry segments. In this position you will generate new business, require attention to detail, build customer relationships and work collaboratively, across the organization to provide accurate estimates, execute the project and make sure we do things right the first time, every time.
“What You’ll Do”
Develop new and grow existing business to increase profits for the branch/region.
Assist in the development of marketing plans to support sales activities.
Build relationships with potential customers to establish trust and rapport.
Develop strong relationship with manufacturers of modular buildings, as well as sub-contractors for transportation, installation and service.
Demonstrate product knowledge to answer customer questions and inquiries and offer solutions to meet customer needs.
Follow established processes in sales and implementation of the project.
Ensure customers receive excellent service throughout the project life.
Maintain accurate records in the division’s database on customer quotes, specifications and special requests; meet minimum entry requirements daily.
Develop relationships within various networking organizations or industry associations.
Achieve/exceed sales related quotas and goals.
Perform other duties as assigned
“Must Haves”
3 or more years experience in sales or a sales role in the rental industry; results driven.
Effective negotiation and closing skills.
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate ideas in verbal, email and other written formats.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of motivation and a passion for sales.
Proficiency with various computer programs including Microsoft Suite, Internet and other customer databases.
Interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with both customers and sales team while paying attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
Demonstrated experience working in a process driven environment.
Demonstrated skills in project and time management.
Effective time management and able to work in a process driven environment.
Confident, assertive, quick-thinking and able to make decisions within established guidelines.
Valid Driver’s License
In certain states, candidates are required to successfully obtain the HCD Commercial Coach Salesperson License within 10 weeks of their start date.
