We are seeking compassionate and energetic

Therapeutic Nannies

to support children with autism and other developmental needs. This role is ideal for

college students (sophomore level or higher)

pursuing degrees in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Special Education, Psychology, Speech‑Language Pathology (SLP), Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), Mental Health Counseling, or related fields. Therapeutic Nannies provide structured play, socialization, and care aligned with family needs and therapeutic strategies. You will gain hands‑on experience in the field while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate care for children in home or community settings. Implement play‑based activities that promote communication, social skills, and emotional regulation. Support sensory play, structured routines, and therapeutic strategies as directed by parents and/or supervising professionals. Accompany children on community outings, field trips, or partner programs (with parental consent). Maintain a positive, patient, and nurturing environment tailored to each child’s unique needs. Communicate regularly with parents about progress, activities, and any concerns. Collaborate with Playsory leadership to ensure consistency and high‑quality care. Qualifications

Current college student (sophomore or higher) pursuing a degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, SLP, OT, PT, Mental Health, or autism‑related fields. Experience working with children (babysitting, tutoring, volunteering, camp, etc.); experience with special needs preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage children and build trust with families. Patience, flexibility, and creativity in adapting to each child’s needs. Reliable transportation to client homes or program sites. Must pass background screening and meet state childcare requirements. What We Offer
