Responsibilities

Lead Gen AI digital product initiatives with enterprise impact

Analyze complex product challenges across business and technology

Drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution alignment

Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering, and business leadership

Ensure compliance with enterprise governance and delivery standards

Consult on large-scale digital transformation initiatives

MUST HAVE

2+ years Digital Product Management experience

Experience delivering AI or Gen AI products

Enterprise or financial services environment experience

Strong stakeholder engagement and strategic consulting skills

Experience managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives

Required Qualifications

Proven Digital Product Management experience or equivalent consulting background

Ability to evaluate complex, long-term product challenges

Experience working within structured policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks

Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams
