1 About interos.ai
interos.ai is defining the category of supply chain risk intelligence, building the world’s most trusted and transparent supply chains. Our pioneering platform automates the discovery and continuous monitoring of supply chain risk across every tier — enabling faster, data‑driven threat mitigation and resilience at global scale. As the first and only automated supplier intelligence platform, interos.ai gives organizations real‑time visibility into extended supply chains to protect against regulatory risk, unethical labor, cyber threats, and systemic vulnerabilities — all through a single pane of glass. With customers spanning commercial, Federal, A&D, and public sectors, including Global Fortune 500 companies and members of the Five Eyes nations, interos.ai offers a rare opportunity to help shape an early, fast‑growing market that’s transforming global security and economic resilience. At interos.ai, you’ll join a team that’s not afraid to challenge conventions, explore new ideas, and iterate quickly in pursuit of the best solutions. We operate in a space that’s evolving fast, and so are we. Our work is meaningful, the problems we tackle are complex, and the pace requires focus, curiosity, and adaptability. We know interos.ai isn’t the right fit for everyone — and that’s okay. We’re looking for people who are humble in how they collaborate, hungry to succeed, and smart in how they work to solve problems (EQ). People who thrive here are energized by broad exposure and a dynamic scope of work, comfortable navigating ambiguity, open to feedback, proactive in taking ownership, and motivated by making a real impact. If you’re seeking a predictable routine or a highly structured environment, you may find our pace challenging. However, if you’re someone who leans into change, enjoys solving hard problems with great teammates, and wants to contribute to technology that truly matters, you’ll fit right in. We’re excited to meet individuals who bring expertise in their craft, a willingness to experiment, and a mindset grounded in continuous learning. About the Role
interos.ai is hiring Enterprise Account Executives to drive new logo acquisition and expansion across large commercial accounts in the East region. You’ll sell a category‑defining, AI‑driven operational resilience platform that gives executives real‑time visibility into third‑party, supply chain, cyber, financial, and geopolitical risk—without invasive data collection. This is a hunter‑led, land‑and‑expand role focused on complex enterprise sales, multithreading from VP to C‑suite (CFO, CIO/CISO, Chief Procurement/Supply Chain, Risk/ESG) and converting strategic pain into measurable outcomes. You will own the full cycle—from targeted prospecting and executive discovery through business case development, consensus creation, and close—then partner cross‑functionally to expand within won accounts. Success in this role means consistently generating qualified net‑new pipeline (3–5× coverage), closing $250K–$1M+ ACV enterprise deals, and building multi‑threaded executive alignment by translating complex AI‑driven insights into clear business outcomes tied to cost, continuity, compliance, and growth. Typical enterprise cycles run 6–12 months, and top performers add 3–6 new enterprise logos and deliver $1M+ in new ARR in their first 12 months, including at least one expansion from landed accounts. As part of your motion, you’ll collaborate with Sales Development and Partner/Channel stakeholders to accelerate pipeline and co‑sell with select SIs/technology partners where appropriate. What you’ll do
Hunt and close net‑new enterprise business; execute a land‑and‑expand strategy within strategic accounts. Lead executive‑level discovery and build broad, multi‑threaded relationships across Finance (CFO/FP&A/Treasury), Supply Chain/Procurement, Security/Risk, and IT. Translate complex, data‑driven insights into clear business cases with quantified ROI and executive‑ready narratives. Orchestrate complex, long‑cycle deals (often $250K–$1M+ ACV) from outreach to close; create and drive mutual action plans. Build and execute territory and account plans with sharp ICP focus; prioritize named accounts for pipeline creation. Partner with SDRs and Partner/Channel teams to create and progress pipeline; co‑sell with SIs/technology partners as needed. Stay current on market and regulatory trends (supply chain, TPRM, ESG, cyber) and adjust strategy and messaging accordingly. Maintain strong forecast discipline and CRM hygiene; consistently meet/exceed quota (targeting ~$1M ARR). What you bring
Enterprise SaaS sales experience with a track record of hunting and closing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals (typically $250K+ ACV). Proven ability to create executive alignment and multithread across CFO/Finance, Supply Chain/Procurement, Security/Risk, and IT. Demonstrated success in sourcing, advancing, and winning strategic opportunities (e.g., pipeline creation to 3–5× coverage; use of MEDDICC/MEDDPICC or similar). Strength in simplifying abstract concepts (AI, graph insights, resilience) into outcomes tied to cost, continuity, compliance, and growth. Effectiveness in land‑and‑expand motions and driving at least one expansion from landed accounts. Comfortable operating in a high‑growth environment with evolving processes; strong ownership, collaboration, and follow‑through. Remote within the East region; ~10% travel. What We Offer
Comprehensive health, dental & vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Flexible Time Off (FTO) + 10 paid holidays Opportunity to help shape an early, fast-growing market A flexible, remote‑first work environment that empowers you to perform at your best — wherever you are An incredible culture built on trust, accountability, and collaboration across time zones and teams Our Core Values
Technical Skill We hold a performance‑driven standard across everything we build and deliver. We value depth of expertise, strong judgment, and the ability to turn complex challenges into clear, effective solutions. Excellence is both our expectation and our baseline. Will We show up hungry, humble, and smart. We take ownership, seek growth, and elevate one another through curiosity, accountability, and collaboration. We lean into hard problems with resilience and a commitment to continuous improvement. Thrill We stay connected and bring energy to the work. We believe meaningful relationships, a sense of fun, and celebrating wins together fuel great outcomes. We create space for engagement, connection, and moments that remind us why we love what we do. Work Environment, Location, and Travel
This role can be remote‑first within the United States, with optional access to our Arlington, VA HQ. Occasional travel may be required depending on business needs. Compensation
Base Salary Range: $82,000- 175,000USD (depending on experience and location) Variable Compensation: Commission plan Equity: Stock options included as part of total compensation package We believe in rewarding great work with competitive, transparent compensation. Final offer will be based on skills, experience, and geographic location. Equal Opportunity Employment
