Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking an Associate Director/Senior Manager for Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $160,000 to $180,000 per year.
Job Description:
Perform technical accounting Evaluate and implement new technical accounting standards Monthly review of senior accountant journal entries and account reconciliations Monthly review of balance sheet flux analysis Monthly recording of debt, sale-leaseback, and office/car lease transactions Review of GAAP/SEC checklists, tie-out procedures performed by senior accountant, and various other quarterly tasks
Requirements:
Licensed CPA Strong technical accounting skills SEC reporting experience Large ERP Software experience Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal Advanced Excel skills
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum of 15 years' relevant experience or 12 years' experience with a Master's degree
