Senior Paid Growth ArchitectDTC (Contractor)Zero Gravity Marketing (ZGM) is seeking a growth-oriented operator to lead the development of our Paid Social Creative Foundations (MVP). This is a senior-level strategic engagement focused on building scalable paid social architecture, strengthening performance methodology, and elevating revenue-driven growth standards across DTC eCommerce accounts.We are looking for a systems thinker who designs repeatable frameworks, not just individual campaigns. You must be able to step into backend account strategy immediately to drive performance improvements in live environments.Most Critical Skills & Qualifications7+ Years of Paid Social Expertise: Deep experience specifically within DTC eCommerce growth.Agency-Side Mastery: Proven ability to manage and scale multiple DTC accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Architectural Design: Demonstrated success building DTC account structures from launch through scale, with documented evidence of revenue impact.Framework Development: Ability to translate complex strategies into repeatable, reusable documentation and testing methodologies.Technical Performance Depth: Expert-level understanding of Meta and other performance platforms, including attribution clarity and revenue-driven optimization guardrails.Rapid Iteration: Experienced in high-velocity testing, creative learning cycles, and scaling methodologies.Key Responsibilities & OutcomesAudit & Redesign: Evaluate current account structures and define scalable architectures for DTC growth.Creative Foundations: Establish a documented framework for creative testing, performance evaluation, and iteration.Scaling Guardrails: Implement structured testing protocols and scaling guardrails to improve experimentation velocity.Strategic Support: Apply senior-level strategy to active accounts to validate new frameworks and improve performance outcomes.Internal Roadmap: Partner with leadership to establish a Q2 implementation roadmap and assist with presale scoping and packaging.Role OverviewEngagement Type: ContractorEstimated Allocation: Approximately 20 hours per week (final scope to be confirmed collaboratively)Start Target: Late MarchLocation: Remote
