Outbound Marketing B2B Growth Specialist Our client, a well‑established financial services firm specializing in custodial and trust solutions, is seeking an experienced outbound marketing B2B growth specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and manage lead lists from various data providers across all five verticals and maintain them in HubSpot with proper segmentation, tagging, and lifecycle stage tracking.

Build vertical‑specific outbound playbooks: define ideal customer profiles, craft outreach sequences, and optimize based on response data.

Build and manage outbound email sequences and workflows in HubSpot, including automated nurture tracks, task queues, and follow‑up reminders.

Develop and execute the company podcast strategy: coordinate production, manage distribution, and use episodes for lead generation.

Pre‑screen outbound prospects before handoff to sales: verify firmographic data, assess fit, and prioritize by strategic value.

Create multi‑touch outbound campaigns that combine email, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted content distribution.

Develop outbound‑specific messaging and collateral for each vertical in coordination with leadership.

Track and report on outbound metrics using HubSpot dashboards: emails sent, response rates, meetings booked, pipeline generated, and conversion rates.

Maintain clean and organized contact and company records in HubSpot, ensuring proper attribution, deal association, and list management.

Test and iterate on outbound approaches, channels, and messaging to continuously improve performance.

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of experience in outbound marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or business development.

Hands‑on experience with HubSpot CRM for contact management, sequences, workflows, and reporting.

Experience with lead sourcing tools.

Proven ability to build and optimize outbound email campaigns with measurable results.

Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting performance data and making data‑driven decisions.

Excellent written communication skills for crafting outreach sequences and content.

Experience collaborating closely with sales teams on lead qualification and handoff processes.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Experience in B2B financial services, fintech, or wealth management outbound marketing.

Podcast production or management experience, preferred.

HubSpot certification (Marketing Hub or Sales Hub), preferred.

Understanding of the RIA, family office, or alternative investment landscape, preferred.

Experience with account‑based marketing (ABM) strategies, preferred.

Comfort with cold outreach and creative prospecting techniques, preferred.
