Sr. Director Finance Free Cash Flow

The Senior Director of FP&A is a key leader responsible for financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic financial insight across global Honeywell Aerospace. Reporting to the VP FP&A, this role encompasses end-to-end Cash and Working Capital FP&A ownership for the $18B enterprise, bridging strategy with execution by translating operational and commercial activity into financial outcomes and promoting disciplined, fact-based decision-making. We seek a strategic and operationally driven finance leader to oversee the company's financial planning, forecasting, and analysis processes, ensuring alignment with both strategy and operational execution. Working closely with the VP FP&A, CFO, executive leadership, and business unit leaders, you will provide actionable insights to drive growth, improve working capital and free cash flow, and enhance financial discipline across the organization.

This is a highly visible role requiring deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance management, as well as the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, strategic recommendations. A proven track record of leading global FP&A teams, influencing executive decision-making, and driving measurable business outcomes is essential.
