THE JOB: As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating an unforgettable shopping experience for our guests. You'll have the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service, uphold our brand's standards, and ensure every guest enjoys a welcoming and enjoyable environment.
THE STARTING RATE: $17.00
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Greet guests warmly and create memorable experiences using exceptional customer service
Assist guests with their needs and drive sales
Maintain a sales-focused atmosphere to achieve store goals
Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-stocked for easy shopping
Take responsibility for the guest experience and report feedback to management
Follow all store procedures for POS and cash handling
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
Takes pride in their work
Describes themselves as detail-oriented
Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression
Can handle multiple tasks at one time

Pay Rate: The rate for this role is: $17.00. This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage. Should overtime be worked, employees are paid according to state requirements. Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
