About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and
Experienced Remote Vice President of BPO Sales
to lead our global sales strategy and drive revenue growth. This executive role is ideal for a results‑driven leader with a proven track record in BPO sales, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and manage a high‑performing remote sales team across multiple regions.
Identify and secure new business opportunities in the BPO and call center space.
Foster long‑term relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales initiatives with company goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences and client meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
3+ years of experience in BPO sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in managing remote sales teams and achieving aggressive targets.
Strong understanding of BPO services, customer service and outsourcing models.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
Location & Work Authorization
Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
Background Checks & Security
Must be willing to submit up to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on investigation results.
