
Senior Manager, Partnerships and Business Development

Beam is seeking a Senior Manager of Partnerships and Business Development to join our team and help scale our impact by building and accelerating new business pipelines, cultivating referral and partnership channels, and driving strategic growth initiatives.
Responsibilities will include:
Lead the Business Development & Partnerships team in generating new pipeline and accelerating open pipeline through building and maintaining referral partners, content, event strategy, and selective outbound efforts
Scale Beam’s referral and partnerships program by identifying and cultivating new partnership channels
Collaborate with Customer Success to drive client referrals and develop case studies and supporting content to increase conversion from key pipeline channels
Lead Beam’s events strategy and represent Beam at industry events
Evaluate the effectiveness of different pipeline generation channels to inform strategic priorities
Refine Beam’s messaging and value propositions for prospects
Act in alignment with Beam’s values and contribute to a thriving team environment
You’re a great fit if you:
Have 5+ years of experience in a Partnerships or Business Development role with a startup (ecommerce or SaaS experience is a plus)
Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Are analytic, tenacious, energetic, and driven by impact
Excel at written and in-person storytelling and can extract insights from data
Total Compensation
Total cash compensation for this role is $150,000 - $170,000 OTE per year, plus stock options, partial 401k match, and performance-based bonus.
