We’re partnering with a leading financial services company to find a talented Senior Marketing Operations Manager. This hybrid role is based in New York City, offering flexibility with approximately 10 days in the office each month. The position is a temporary assignment lasting between 10 and 26 weeks, focusing on supporting marketing technologies and campaign coordination.
Senior Marketing Operations Manager Responsibilities
Manage and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth operations and coordination across multiple stakeholder groups.
Oversee campaign analytics, performance metrics, and reporting to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize marketing automation workflows, primarily using Marketo.
Coordinate with portfolio management teams to facilitate campaign approval processes and list management.
Support the development of dashboards and deeper analytics, including pipeline and KPI tracking.
Senior Marketing Operations Manager Qualifications
6–10 years of experience in marketing operations, ideally within financial services or wealth management.
Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms, notably Marketo.
Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics, and ability to navigate workflows comfortably.
Proven ability to operate independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills, professional maturity, and ability to liaise effectively with internal and external teams.
