What You’ll Do:
The Window OEM, Sales & Account Manager will manage and expand our business opportunities with key channel partners, residential window OEMs, custom home builders, and high-volume home builders. This newly created role will be responsible for leading B2B sales efforts to drive revenue growth, build long‑term, sustainable relationships with channel partners & window OEMs. Position Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on targeting and acquiring new window OEM accounts in the commercial & residential markets. Identify and prioritize key window manufacturers that could benefit from LuxWall’s high-performance transparent insulation, including Enthermal and Enthermal Plus. Build strong, lasting relationships with decision‑makers at window manufacturing companies, including CEOs, product managers, procurement leaders, and sales and marketing leaders. Engage with window OEMs to understand their specific needs, challenges, and business objectives, positioning LuxWall’s products as the ideal solution to enhance their product offerings. Deliver technical sales presentations and product demonstrations, emphasizing the benefits of LuxWall’s energy‑efficient, sustainable, and high‑performance window technologies. Collaborate with LuxWall’s R&D team to tailor solutions that meet the unique requirements of OEMs, including custom product designs and specifications. Serve as the primary point of contact for key window OEM clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded throughout the sales process. Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling additional LuxWall products and services. Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring successful product implementation, addressing any issues, and ensuring continued satisfaction. Prepare and present customised proposals to window OEM clients, including pricing models, technical specifications, and implementation timelines. Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both LuxWall and the client while maintaining profitability. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment once contracts are signed. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in company’s systems. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior management, tracking progress against targets and KPIs. Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure continued revenue growth and profitability. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or an Architectural or Design field 5+ years of experience in international sales and project coordination 6+ years of previous B2B sales experience with a focus on business development and growing sales volumes and revenues with strategic customers/accounts. Willing to travel up to 60% of the week Familiarity with high-performance glazing products and specifications Ability to distil complex technical information related to product offerings and customer acceptance. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Competencies
