The
Pricing Analyst
plays a pivotal role in powering our success by delivering sharp, strategic pricing for RFQs (Request for Quotations), conducting pricing validations, and driving market analysis that fuels our competitive edge. This position uses real-time market and industry insights—along with ATS history, pricing expectations, and network priorities—to develop pricing solutions that win profitable freight awards for
ATS Specialized, Vans, and Logistics .
In addition, the Pricing Analyst provides high-impact business analysis that supports companywide pricing strategies and growth objectives. This role communicates insights and recommendations with confidence and professionalism across internal teams and external partners.
What You'll Do
Communicate confidently with internal teams and external partners
to gather insights and deliver compelling, competitive pricing proposals.
Analyze financial data and market intelligence
to develop winning RFQ pricing structures and maximize lane profitability.
Monitor lane performance and recommend data-driven improvements
that strengthen network efficiency and overall margin.
Stay ahead of industry pricing trends and shifting market conditions , translating insights into strategic guidance for leadership.
Manage pricing requests, bids, and updates in LME
while producing targeted reports and analytics that influence key business decisions.
Drive innovation through predictive pricing models, process enhancements, and best-in-class tools —while consistently representing ATS values and adapting to evolving business needs.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Preferred background includes an associate or bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance, along with experience in transportation, data analysis, or pricing.
Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, and research skills with the ability to interpret data, solve problems, and communicate clear, actionable insights.
Excels in time management, organization, and communication, capable of leading discussions, delivering presentations, and adapting quickly to a changing market.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and online tools (LME preferred) and able to work flexible hours with occasional travel as needed.

Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated starting base salary range for this position is $58,000 to $70,000 DOE; full salary range for this position is$58,000 to $82,000. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
