Requirements Essential Functions and Responsibilities Leadership & Business Development
Expand the firm's presence in the Maryland region by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, consultants, and community stakeholders.
Lead proposal development and pursuit strategies to win new higher education projects.
Implement strategic growth initiatives to expand market share in the higher education sector.
Mentor and lead architects and design professionals to promote design excellence and professional development.
Oversee architectural projects ranging from $10M to $50M from concept through completion.
Provide expert guidance in architectural design, graphic modeling, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate innovative design solutions.
Ensure all projects meet client expectations, regulatory requirements, budget constraints, and schedule goals.
Maintain high standards of design quality and technical execution.
Team & Office Growth
Foster a collaborative studio culture focused on mentorship and continuous improvement.

Proven business development success and client acquisition.
Expertise in architectural design and modeling tools including Revit and SketchUp.
Experience managing projects valued $10M–$50M.
Working Conditions We prioritize work‑life balance and offer a flexible hybrid working schedule. The selected candidate is expected to work onsite at least three days per week in the Hunt Valley, Maryland office or another designated office location as required. The work environment is primarily office‑based and may occasionally involve standing, walking, bending, or lifting minimal weight.
