Responsibilities
Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
Host at least two open houses each month
Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
Actively participate in team events and activities
Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties
Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of clients ✍️
Monitor and manage activities and client information using PLACE Technology
Qualifications
Licensed real estate professional
Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
Skilled at building rapport, actively listening, and providing tailored solutions
Proficient in prospecting and lead generation
Naturally adept at overcoming objections
️ Effective communicator dedicated to exceptional service
Collaborative team player
✍️ Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Growth-oriented and eager to learn
Highly organized
️ Open to mastering scripts and dialogues
⏰ Excellent time management skills
Prior industry experience preferred
