
Senior Marketing Specialist, NA

THE ROLE:
A highly organized, marketing-minded professional to support and optimize marketing operations for the North America team. This individual will play a key role in budget oversight, campaign execution, process management, and performance tracking. Strong communication skills, exceptional organization, and keen attention to detail are essential, as this role partners cross-functionally with Field and Channel Marketing, Sales, Finance, and leadership to ensure alignment, accuracy, and successful program execution. This person will work closely with Field and Channel Marketing Managers (FCMMs) and the VP of Marketing for North America.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Owns and improves NA marketing operations processes
Manages and tracks NA marketing budget performance
Reviews Budget and MDF sheets for compliance
Collects invoices and submits for processing
Owns and maintains the NA marketing calendar
Provides operational support for Field and Channel Marketing programs
Manages send/retrieval of event marketing materials
Oversees lead management in IGEL Marketing automation platform/CRM
Analyzes and reports on campaign and event performance
Maintains and updates the ABM target list
Manages project timelines for content creation – social assets
Writes copy for campaigns and webinar promotions
Engages with graphic design, sales, channel, and cross-functional teams as needed
Supports additional marketing initiatives as required
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates Degree in business, marketing, etc.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other applications in Microsoft Office
Experience with CRM (such as Dynamics) and marketing tools/platform (such as Act-On)
Ability to handle logistics for field and channel marketing events
Basic understanding of budget administration and calendar management

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Field Marketing, or Marketing Coordination
Strong analytical mindset with experience building reports and dashboards and translating data into insights
Hands‑on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce)
Experience managing and updating websites (e.g., WordPress or similar CMS platforms)
Strong copywriting and editing skills for campaigns and promotions
Solid understanding of the marketing funnel, lead management, and lead scoring methodologies
Experience supporting budget tracking and MDF processes preferred
