The
Regional Director of Maintenance
is a key member of the Regional Management team. The position reports to Operations and is responsible for all day-to-day activities and supervision of the facility's business office functions.

Qualifications
3–5 years of progressive leadership experience as a Maintenance Director or Regional Director within healthcare facilities.
Working knowledge of Life Safety Code, Emergency Preparedness, NFPA standards, OSHA regulations, and accessibility requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
Familiarity with TELS Building Management (highly utilized in daily operations).
Specialized trade licenses (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) are a plus however, not required.
Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
