Position The Inside Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the sales process by coordinating communication between customers, the Outside Sales Team, and internal departments. This position is responsible for preparing accurate bids and proposals, processing orders, and ensuring customers are informed throughout the production process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare Bids, Costing and Leadtime while working with Purchasing, Engineering, Service and Scheduling to present the most competitive and accurate proposal to fulfill customer needs. Meet with Outside Sales to Review Bids/Quotes to make sure it includes bid requirements. Process orders with precise information required to Build a Final Product Coordinate with Dealers on Chassis Arrival to Schedule Equipment and Installation Communicate with customers during the build process and let them know where we are in the build process. Attend and participate in off‑site meetings, training, trade shows & industry association meetings to support the Municipal Team and for personal growth within the industry as required. Work with Leadership Group to streamline the overall process with constant improvement in mind Qualifications
