This is
not
a fixed term (summer) internship, but instead a full-time on-site position within our brand new LA-based Renewables trading desk, with a steep learning curve and opportunity to grow quickly within the desk based on merit and stay for the long-run. full-time, paid sales trading internship
with immediate
revenue responsibility
and
rapid promotion potential. This is not an assistant role, instead you will be responsible for prospecting, cold outreach, negotiating, and closing transactions from day-one, hereby building your own long-term client book in local renewable energy markets. If you are confident on the phone, motivated by performance-based earnings, and want to kick-start your career by making an immediate commercial impact, this role is meant for you. What You Will Do
High-volume outbound outreach (phone-heavy) to source new clients; Own the full sales cycle from prospecting → pitching → negotiating → closing; Close bespoke transactions in renewable energy related markets; Build and manage your own client portfolio; Be assessed on your commercial skillset plus your ability to close transactions and create revenue. Who This Is For
Final-year students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals; Extremely confident communicators who enjoy phone-based sales; Commercially driven and motivated by performance-based earnings; Energetic, highly motivated and extremely competitive individuals; Comfortable with fast-paced, results-driven environments. Prior experience in B2B sales, brokerage, or cold outreach roles - internships included - is strongly preferred. Prior experience or exposure to renewable energy markets is considered a plus but not required. Compensation & Structure
Hourly pay:
$22.50 – $27.50/hour Schedule:
