This role leads a team of 1–4 Area Sales Representatives and is responsible for developing talent, driving market strategy, and ensuring consistent, high quality sales execution. leadership role that blends strategic planning with active field engagement. The ideal candidate is a strong developer of people, a strategic thinker, and an experienced sales leader who thrives in a **Responsibilities** Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless service and exceptional customer experience.**Skills & Qualifications** 3+ years of sales leadership or related experience. Proven ability to coach and develop high performing sales talent.CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) required.Experience selling premium, value-based services.Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills. Creative problem solver with strategic thinking skills.**Compensation & Perks** **Compensation** Base Salary: $90,000 + (experience & location dependent)**Benefits** Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision) **Physical Requirements** This role includes office work, field visits, and regional travel.
