As our Seasonal Camp Counselor, you will work a flexible schedule with full- or part-time hours!
Your Day-to-Day as Our Seasonal Camp Counselor Our full- or part-time Seasonal Camp Counselors bring energy and enthusiasm to camp, leading engaging activities like sports, games, and recreational fun that keep campers active and entertained. With a watchful eye, you ensure their safety, making sure they stay hydrated, healthy, and happy throughout the day. You become a trusted mentor, providing emotional support when needed and guiding campers through challenges with patience and encouragement. When conflicts arise, you step in as a problem-solver, fostering teamwork and respect among campers. Above all, you serve as a role model, demonstrating leadership and responsibility while creating a positive and unforgettable camp experience for every child.

Clean and professional appearance
Strong communication skills
Genuine passion for delivering excellent service
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Possessing 1+ years of childcare experience is a plus
First Aid and CPR certifications are preferred
