The Opportunity We partner with manufacturers across Hudsonville seeking Inside Sales Representatives who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

Qualify inbound leads and proactively identify new sales opportunities for manufacturing products or services.

Present and demonstrate manufacturing solutions and product specifications to potential customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings.

Prepare and deliver accurate price quotes, proposals, and sales orders for manufacturing equipment, components, or materials.

Collaborate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements and delivery schedules are met.

Manage and update customer information, sales activities, and pipeline within the CRM system.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries related to product details, orders, and post-sale follow-up.

Recommended Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a B2B manufacturing or industrial environment.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes, products, or industrial components.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and reporting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical product information.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a quota-driven environment.

Bonus Qualifications

Familiarity with technical specifications or industrial drawings relevant to manufacturing products.

Experience utilizing an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for order processing or inventory inquiries.

Previous exposure to specific manufacturing product lines (e.g., industrial components, MRO supplies, automation equipment).

Proficiency with modern sales engagement platforms or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
