The Landscape Designer will develop landscape concepts, technical drawings, and construction documentation for high-end residential outdoor spaces. Responsibilities
Develop creative residential landscape concepts and outdoor living layout plans
Prepare detailed construction drawings and permit-ready landscape documentation
Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to ensure designs are practical and buildable
Revise landscape plans based on client feedback, site conditions, and project requirements
Translate conceptual landscape ideas into technical plans that guide field installation
Maintain accuracy across drawings, specifications, and project documentation
Manage multiple residential landscape design projects simultaneously
Collaborate with clients and project teams to deliver visually compelling outdoor environments
Requirements
Degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or related field
Experience developing residential landscape designs and construction documentation
Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
Strong visual design ability combined with technical drafting skills
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with clients and construction teams
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain organized project workflows
