What You’ll Do The President will oversee the full operations of FMW, including manufacturing, importing, distribution, and strategic growth initiatives. This role requires a hands‑on, forward‑thinking leader who can drive both long‑term strategy and daily operational execution.
What You’ll Lead
Company-wide strategy, new markets, and growth initiatives
Manufacturing excellence across weaving, finishing, and quality operations
Importing, supply chain, and distribution efficiency and compliance
Organizational financial performance and KPI achievement
Executive leadership, culture development, and workforce initiatives
Key partnerships with customers, suppliers, distributors, and regulators
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field required. Master’s degree is preferred
10+ years of senior leadership in manufacturing (textiles strongly preferred)
Proven success driving operational performance and business growth
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage complex operations
Highly effective communicator and negotiator, adept at building strong relationships
Knowledge of sustainability practices and industry compliance standards
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ERP experience preferred
