Oversee daily operations of the
Med/Surg and ICU units Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to nursing staff Ensure high standards of patient care and safety Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership Manage staffing, scheduling, and departmental performance Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards Requirements
Active
RN license Minimum 1 year leadership experience in Med/Surg and/or ICU Strong clinical and organizational skills BLS (ACLS preferred) Excellent communication and team leadership abilities Why Consider This Opportunity
