Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Houston, TX, for an Event Sales Specialist. The Event Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients to promote and sell event packages, managing leads, and developing strong customer relationships. The specialist will collaborate closely with management to ensure excellent event execution, and meet or exceed sales goals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining sales records and contributing to the ongoing improvement of the event sales strategy.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure exceptional client interactions and build strong relationships

Proficiency in Event Sales and Event Planning for successful coordination of client needs and on-site execution

Sales expertise to promote event packages, handle inquiries, drive outbound sales efforts, and achieve sales targets

Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively

Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive and professional approach to problem-solving

Knowledge of the entertainment or hospitality industry is a plus

High level of energy and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
