We are a growing, well-established title agency seeking a dynamic, experienced Sales Manager to expand our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the real estate and lending communities with a proven track record of driving revenue growth. This position requires a results-driven leader that can inspire a high-performing sales team while expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans
Manage and grow relationships with realtors and lenders
Coach and motivate a sales team to exceed targets
Identify new market opportunities
Drive new business development initiatives
Track performance metrics and ensure revenue targets are met
Qualifications
Minimum of three (3) years of title industry experience with a proven record of revenue growth and market penetration
Strong knowledge of real estate transactions and title processes
Leadership experience
Established referral network in the real estate industry
