Griffith Ford Seguin is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Counter professional to join our team in SEGUIN, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their parts needs, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the parts department to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing automotive parts and accessories.
Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and tracking parts.
Process orders efficiently and accurately using the company’s parts system.
Provide detailed information on parts availability, compatibility, and pricing.
Collaborate with service and sales departments to fulfill customer needs promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized parts counter area.
Handle returns and warranty claims as needed.
Requirements
Previous experience in automotive parts counter or related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
