Marketing Manager
to own and drive lead generation for our Fargo and Park Rapids markets.
This is a
high-impact role
responsible for managing the full marketing engine - including digital marketing, local SEO, paid media coordination, analytics, and demand generation.
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of marketing performance and directly influence revenue growth.
This is not an entry-level marketing role. We need someone who is experienced, accountable, and comfortable operating independently with clear KPIs.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Driving qualified lead generation and appointment volume
Managing and optimizing local SEO and Google Business visibility
Coordinating and improving paid media campaigns (Google & Meta)
Monitoring conversion rates, cost per lead, and marketing ROI
Partnering with sales leadership to ensure marketing drives real revenue results
Identifying opportunities to improve lead quality and campaign performance
Managing outside vendors or marketing partners when needed
Reporting on marketing performance and KPIs
What We're Looking For
3-7+ years of marketing experience in lead generation, demand generation, or digital marketing
Experience managing SEO, paid media, or digital marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of marketing analytics and performance tracking
Ability to operate independently and own results
Comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment
Preferred Experience
Experience in home services, roofing, remodeling, construction, or local service businesses
Experience managing Google Business profiles and local SEO
Experience improving conversion rates and marketing ROI
Compensation Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
Performance bonuses tied to marketing results can bring total compensation to $100,000+.
