Our Client is seeking a Senior Account Executive who can step in quickly, take ownership of established brand accounts, and lead complex branding engagements from proposal through delivery.
This role is designed for a senior agency professional who is comfortable managing senior client relationships, guiding cross-functional creative teams, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
The ideal candidate has built their career inside branding, design, or creative agencies and brings strong experience leading brand work for consumer-facing or CPG clients. This individual will serve as a trusted client partner while ensuring projects are delivered successfully and internal teams remain aligned and supported.
This is a high-ownership client leadership role within a collaborative creative environment where strong communication, organization, and commercial awareness are essential.
You Will:
Take ownership of key client relationships and serve as the primary day-to-day partner for brand stakeholders.
Lead branding and design projects from proposal through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations are managed effectively.
Develop trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and maintain strong long-term partnerships.
Collaborate closely with internal strategy, creative, and production teams to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
Create and manage proposals, project scopes, and timelines while maintaining commercial oversight of client budgets.
Identify opportunities to grow client relationships through additional projects, initiatives, or strategic opportunities.
Guide cross-functional teams and ensure projects progress efficiently while maintaining strong internal collaboration.
Mentor and support junior client services team members while fostering a positive and productive team environment.
Participate in client presentations, pitches, and strategic conversations that contribute to agency growth.
Bring awareness of branding, marketing trends, and cultural shifts that help strengthen the work delivered to clients.
You Have:
6+ years of experience working within a branding, design, or creative agency environment.
Experience supporting branding or marketing initiatives for consumer-facing or CPG brands.
A proven ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
Strong client relationship management skills with experience working with senior stakeholders.
Experience developing project proposals, timelines, and scopes of work.
Commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets or forecasting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence both clients and internal teams.
A collaborative leadership style and the ability to guide cross-functional creative teams.
Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
A genuine interest in branding, marketing, and creative work with curiosity about cultural trends and their impact on brands.
