The Executive Producer is asenior leaderresponsible for the end-to-end strategy, creative vision, and executionoflive,in-personevent programs.This personis responsible forcollaborating with clients and internal teamsto define event goals andobjectives, andensuringour project plansalign withthoseobjectives,while delivering workon time, within budget andcreatingan outstanding client experience.They manage large-scale budgets and lead cross-functional production teams to deliver high-quality, engaging experiences.This role is designed for an individual who can cultivate strong relationshipsinternally andexternally andbe a trusted partner and leader within the organization thatclients and team members depend on to solve complex problems with ease.Strongpeoplemanagement and production experience from an agency or other production environment isrequired.
Travel for this position isrequired(Approximately 25-30%)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with clients to define the strategic vision and creativedirectionforevents,ensuring alignment with brand standards and clientobjectives.
Support solution design of a project that aligns to client objectives
Define project scope and budget, in partnership with Account Management and Operations teams
Overseeall elements of event production,including audio/visual,lighting,and staging.
Lead internal project teams and manage external vendors, agencies, and partners.
Developprojectstaffing plan to align staff skillsets to client needs, along with defining roles and responsibilities of delivery team
Oversee multiple event workstreams during planning, delegating to team members whenappropriateand ensuringworkstreamalignment with event strategic vision
Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines,budgets,and production schedules.
Act as primary liaison for high-level clients, comfortable leading calls,presenting concepts and managing expectations
Oversee execution of creative vision for all elements of production.Monitor quality of work performed by team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Predict risks and develop continency plans

Lead onsite execution by managing run-of-show, rehearsals andoverseeing all workstreams to ensuresuccessfuldelivery
Ensureprompt andaccuratereconciliation following completion of a job with oversight from the assigned account team
QUALIFICATIONS:
10+years’ professional experiencerequired
Previouslive event experience
Strongfinancial managementand budget creation experience
Demonstrated production competencies: client focus, accountability for results, team leadership and effectiveness, attention to detail, flexibility, and professional confidence
Thrives in a fast-paced environment; flexible
Strong attention to detail andorganizationskills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical andproblem-solvingskills
SharePoint and O365 knowledge preferred
Local candidates preferred but remote candidates will be considered with in officerequiredonce a quarterin Norwood, MA
Experience with executive presentation management, event technology, familiarity with video formats, andexpertisein video and print production management are all considered valuable pluses
