What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Use Salesforce.com to generate quotes, track opportunities, and process orders
Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries while maintaining customer relationships
Suggest creative pricing and payment solutions to meet customer needs
Attend regional forecast calls and perform pipeline analysis for accurate forecasting
Collaborate with various teams to streamline processes and enhance customer deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 3 years in a customer service/sales support role, preferably in the IT industry
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, specifically Salesforce.com
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet navigation
Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Technical sales/support experience and outbound calling experience
Self-motivated with excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities
Solid math skills for calculating margins, discounts, and percentages
Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to constructive feedback
