New Business Development Manager
who knows how to win. If you’re a proven sales professional with a passion for building relationships, closing deals, and owning your territory in the light industrial space, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do Own the Business. Drive the Growth. Close the Deals.
Identify, prospect, and secure new business within manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and production
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, onboarding, and account expansion
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan across the
Norcross, GA
market
Conduct consultative needs assessments and deliver customized staffing solutions:
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
Build trusted relationships with C-level leaders, HR, Operations, and Procurement
Partner closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure flawless service delivery
Track pipeline activity, forecasts, and performance metrics in CRM systems
Represent Diverse Staffing at networking events, industry functions, and client meetings
Identify, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in light industrial staffing or workforce solutions
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of light industrial environments
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Comfortable selling to executive-level and operational decision-makers
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Base salary up to $90,000 , based on experience
Uncapped commissions + performance bonuses
