What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Monitor markets, industries, companies, competitors, and sales activities to identify business development opportunities via partner channels
Pursue sales opportunities with third parties to complement existing ACA business
Collaborate with internal teams in Product, Operations, Technology, and Service to evaluate and execute new business opportunities
Negotiate business terms and develop partnership agreements with legal support
Maintain momentum for new partner pursuits by collaborating with the ACA Solution Engineer and Partner Strategy leader
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of alliance business development experience
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships within the broker community
Proven senior commercial experience in a fast‑paced sales environment
Experience managing strategic and complex third‑party relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in Human Capital Management or HR Services/Software
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Well‑developed leadership skills
