Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in San Antonio, TX. The role involves engaging with potential clients, identifying their technology needs, and proposing tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, understanding UBEO’s range of products and services, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will also collaborate with team members to identify opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills
Proficiency in sales techniques, account management, and prospecting strategies
Ability to understand and present tailored business technology solutions
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or business technology is beneficial
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently
Organizational and time‑management skills
Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
