About the Role We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused individual who will manage accounts for the purchase and delivery of appliances for multi-housing units and project business! As a Contract and Multi-Housing Inside Sales Representative, you will:
Responsibilities
Prospect for new accounts in multi-family and project business areas
Assist clients with product selection and pricing
Create and present contract bids and presentations
Secure contract pricing from vendors
Manage open orders with attention to detail and strong follow-through and organization
Coordinate logistics for successful delivery with merchandising and delivery departments
Assist with managing accounts receivable of clients
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
Detail-oriented with strong time management to be successful in our fast-paced industry
Appliance sales experience or product knowledge is preferred
Construction or multi-housing experience preferred
Intermediate level computer skills, able to learn and utilize our internal software programs
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Successful completion of pre-employment criminal background check and drug test
Required Skills Detail-oriented with strong time management to be successful in our fast-paced industry.
Preferred Skills Appliance sales experience or product knowledge is preferred; Construction or multi-housing experience preferred.
Pay range and compensation package Expected earnings $60,000-$100,000+ annually (base + commission).
