Role Overview Working as a
Sales Support Representative
for our Channel Partners is the perfect entry‑level role to introduce you to the world of sales and customer support. Reps are expected to maintain an engaging energy and enthusiasm with our customers, surpassing their expectations every time. You should be passionate about ensuring that customers have a smooth, positive transition from the point of sale to the activation of their equipment.
Position Details
Introductory entry‑level role with opportunities to learn sales tactics, processes, Vivint systems/equipment, customer service and time management skills.
Compensation: $17 per hour plus uncapped commission (on average, reps will make between $35k–$45k per year).
Two‑week onsite paid training at our Provo, UT office.
Responsibilities
Maintain engaging energy and enthusiasm with customers.
Ensure smooth, positive transition from point of sale to activation of equipment.
Assist channel partners with sales tactics, processes and Vivint equipment.
Provide excellent customer service and manage time efficiently.
Support sales goals and contribute to the growth of the channel partner network.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Education, GED, or equivalent.
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to pass a background check and be licensed through the State of Utah as a Burglar Alarm Company Agent.
Computer literate.
Desire to engage customers in an upbeat, helpful manner.
Ability to work designated shift full‑time.
Preferred Qualifications
Sales/Customer Service background.
Ability to creatively solve problems.
Ability to multi‑task (especially while talking on the phone).
Attention to detail.
