to lead our community. This is an opportunity for a passionate senior living leader to make a meaningful impact—guiding a dedicated team, enriching the lives of residents, and shaping a thriving community culture.

Your Impact As Executive Director, you will
serve as the leader of the community , responsible for operational excellence, team engagement, and exceptional resident experiences.
You will:
Lead the overall operations and performance of the community
Drive occupancy growth and strong census stability
Ensure an exceptional resident and family experience
Guide and mentor department leaders to build a high-performing team culture
Manage financial performance, budgets, and expenses to meet community goals
What Makes You a Great Fit We are looking for a leader who combines operational expertise with compassion and strong team leadership.
Qualifications
Experience serving as an Executive Director or Licensed Administrator in senior living or healthcare
Strong operational, financial, and leadership skills
Ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff
Proven ability to engage teams and drive community performance
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
