Full-Time | Hybrid Who We Are
We’re partnering with a well-established construction and structural organization known for tackling complex commercial and infrastructure projects across the Pacific Northwest. What You’ll Do
Prepare estimates and bids for structural and commercial construction projects Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications Work with PMs, engineers, and field teams to build accurate project pricing Review project plans and identify scope, labor, and material needs Help develop competitive bids that actually win projects Collaborate with internal teams to understand production and installation costs Assist with value engineering and cost planning What We’re Looking For
You don’t have to be a 20-year master estimator. If you understand construction and have estimating exposure, we want to talk. Ideal backgrounds include: Structural steel Concrete Rebar Structural framing Heavy commercial construction Bridge or infrastructure work You might currently be: Project Manager Project Engineer Estimator Preconstruction Coordinator If you’ve done takeoffs, bids, or helped price jobs you’re already ahead of the game. Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with Tekla, PowerFab, Bluebeam, or estimating software Fabrication shop or field construction background Experience working with commercial or industrial projects Why This Role
