What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Own customer revenue and share growth for assigned global accounts

Serve as the primary contact for assigned OEM accounts and related equipment strategies

Develop and maintain Strategic Account Management Plans (SAMP) for each account

Drive specification of new designs and gain OEM adoption for assigned accounts

Facilitate communication between OEMs and internal teams to resolve issues and improve collaboration

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent required

10+ years of commercial/technical sales experience; marketing experience preferred

Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel

Strong skills in developing and implementing business growth strategies

Ability to monitor customer health and satisfaction, ensuring alignment with company standards

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with Challenger Sales methodology

Knowledge of competitive landscape and industry trends

Prior experience in strategic account planning

Familiarity with technical integration projectsi>

Proven track record of successful presentations and proposal delivery
