Compensation Package
Salary Range : $65,000 - $75,000 annually+ (depending on experience)

Work Arrangement : Hybrid model with remote work on Mondays and Fridays after an initial training period
Responsibilities
Manage and service commercial accounts with premiums exceeding $100,000, specializing in auto dealerships, garages, and truckers' liability.
Handle all aspects of account servicing, from start to finish.
Quote new and renewal business to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client needs.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licensure : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a focus on auto dealerships, garages, or truckers' liability. Generalists will not be considered.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred but not required.
Work Ethic : Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
