Graphic Designer
STAHL Companies provides program management for its channel of commercial technology companies in government that consist of small businesses and new technology start‑ups. We advocate for policies that improve government services and maintain our government’s competitive advantage by incorporating technology into government programs. By aligning the voices of our small‑business members with advocacy for change in federal policy, we work to make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Design and create graphics for packaging, displays, logos, marketing and promotional materials, and digital content.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with brand guidelines.
Utilize a variety of mediums—both digital and traditional—to achieve artistic or decorative effects.
Stay updated on design trends, techniques and technologies to ensure fresh and innovative output.
Review and revise designs based on feedback to ensure high‑quality final products.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and versatile design skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in packaging and display design.
Knowledge of print production processes and specifications.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
