Job Description: Manages strategic operational and financial performance of service lines. Directly supervises the operational leadership in each of the service lines. Leads teams to improve existing systems and develop new clinic systems to enhance patient experience, team engagement, and fiscal performance. Develops systems and processes to ensure brand standards and operational excellence are consistent across all regions and service lines. Strategically identifies and evaluates new revenue streams for the service line, providing research, business plans, pro formas, request for proposals, reports, observations, and recommendations. Develops capital, expense, and revenue budgets as well as routine and new center expenditures. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Demonstrated effectiveness as a senior leader with a strong track record of performance improvement, leadership, training, and coaching.

Comprehensive knowledge and experience in practice acquisition, physician recruitment/retention, medical practice operations, and an understanding of facility operations and change management.

Proven success in communication, negotiation, dialogue, and the ability to articulate complex information in understandable terms to all levels of staff.

Experience in medical practice financial administration, revenue cycle management, financial analysis, strategic planning, and problem‑solving skills.

Thorough understanding of legal issues related to medical practices, compensation management, employment law, fraud/abuse rules, and appropriate implementation of applicable regulatory standards, rules, and guidelines.

Proficiency in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with medical and administrative staff, patients, the public, and all stakeholders.

Skilled in planning, organizing, prioritizing work, delegating, achieving goals and objectives, and developing and maintaining strong provider relationships.

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and effective computer skills.

Ability to build and maintain effective and productive teams, manage change, solve practical problems, and interpret a variety of instructions.

Demonstrates a broad knowledge of healthcare administration, healthcare industry, acute‑care hospital operations, finance, management, and strategic health service market research/analytics.

Professional decision‑making, proposing recommendations on organizational culture development, executive‑level presentation skills, and the ability to positively influence others.

Considerable knowledge of management principles, supervision, planning, budgeting, healthcare finance, personnel, and the ability to organize, delegate, and establish meaningful goals.

Detail‑oriented with excellent planning/facilitation skills, the ability to multi‑task, work independently, and think strategically to anticipate future consequences and trends.

Demonstrates the ability to work well with others using tact and diplomacy, and the capacity to relate to people in a manner that wins confidence and establishes support.

Education:

Bachelor's [Required]

Master's [Preferred]

Field of Study:

In healthcare or science‑related field

Work Experience:

10+ years experience [Preferred]

Leading multiple hospital departments [Preferred]

Leading clinical ancillary or support department(s) [Preferred]

Additional Information: Must meet one of either preferred Work Experience or Education is required.

Licenses and Certifications:

Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Preferred]

Pay Range: $110,702.15 - $205,911.28
